FROM THE BYLAWS OF THE CHINESE REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA, INC.

Article III General Purpose and Object

The purposes for which this organization is formed are:

1. To foster and provide an opportunity for good fellowship among our members.
2. To unite real estate licensees and other individual concerned with the Chinese Real Estate community, for exerting beneficial influence upon the profession and related interest.
   
3. To initiate useful programs that may benefit our members.
4. To encourage and promote the professional growth of our members.
5. To undertake projects for the betterment of the community.

The objectives of this organization is:

1. To promote property ownership.
2. To enhance the rights of property owners.
3. To advocate policies which enhance the economic benefits of property ownership.
